Can I change my order or address once it's been made?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change an order or associated details after it has been placed.

I received a wrong product/size, what do I do?

If there is anything wrong with your delivery you can contact us and we will happily make sure you get your correct order.

There is a product missing from my delivery, what do I do?

If there is anything wrong with your delivery you can contact us and we will happily make sure you get your correct order.

I have placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation email?

You may want to check your spam folder as confirmation emails sometimes get mistaken for junk mail.

My delivery has not yet arrived, what is going on?

You can find the estimated delivery time in the confirmation email we send you. Do keep in mind this is an estimate and may be subject to some variance.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately we don't have tracking available, but we do send you emails to let you know at which stage of delivery your package is.

How can I pay for my order?

At present we accept payment through Paypal.

Prices are labeled in Euro?

While we calculate prices in Euro our end, you can change which currency is displayed for you in our header or at the bottom of the page. Please note that we cannot offer to display prices in all existing currencies, but we hope to cover the ones you are most likely to use. 

What materials do you use in the production of your products?

We list the materials used in each product on the hangtag of each model.
